# 更改 BugID 帐户生日

您可以按照以下说明更改您的帐户出生日期：

* 打开“账户”选项卡（人形图标）
* 点击 帐户设置
* 点击 帐户详细信息
* 点击 更改生日
* 选择新的生日并确认

## 儿童帐户生日更改

如果帐户尚未设置为12岁或更小，您无法将出生日期更改为12岁以下。如果发生这种情况，请尽快通过 <http://bugsplus.me/support> 联系支持，以便我们帮助您将出生日期更改为正确的日期。不这样做将导致封禁，并且提供虚假信息是违法的。

如果使用儿童帐户的孩子尝试更改其出生日期，他们将被要求要么询问其父母（父母将使用家长PIN进行确认，使用PIN后出生日期会立即更新），要么提供证据（验证并更新帐户年龄可能需要最多7天）。此外，如果帐户不是儿童帐户但年龄在16岁以下并试图更改年龄，也需要提供证据。

将帐户年龄更改为18岁以上将永久关闭家长控制（达到该年龄也会导致此结果），在没有Bugs+支持（<http://bugsplus.me/support）帮助的情况下无法撤销。>
