# 卡在恢复模式

在较旧版本的 Bugs+ 中，如果 Bugs+ 无法连接到超过某个数量的 Bugs+ 服务器，可能会出现恢复模式屏幕。请重试、绕过该错误、进行调试和/或联系 Bugs+ 支持以修复问题。您也可以清除数据（或在更旧版本中使用“重生”），参见 [删除 Bugs+ 数据](/bugs+-docs-zh/you-xi-wan-fa/reset-data.md).
